Phone appointments felt dismissive and unhelpful

If I could give zero stars I would avoid this surgery entirely. There were significant delays in identifying my child's dietary sensitivity, taking over a month to reach a diagnosis. Additionally, I experienced years of inadequate care regarding my own health concerns, feeling that my symptoms were not taken seriously. During a remote appointment, when I explained how severely my condition was affecting me, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. I also had a negative interaction regarding a contraceptive choice, and subsequently was not referred for necessary blood tests at my follow-up appointment. I intend to escalate my concerns through the appropriate complaints procedure as I believe this practice demonstrates a concerning pattern of not listening to patients. I have struggled to find clinicians at this surgery who take my concerns seriously, which is particularly troubling given that these issues also involved advocating for my child's health and wellbeing.
