Phone appointments take all day to arrive

This practice was previously reliable, but the experience has deteriorated significantly. Obtaining a telephone appointment requires lengthy waiting periods despite booking a designated slot, and follow-up calls are inconsistent. Complaints do not appear to result in meaningful action. The absence of mental health support and reduced focus on paediatric care are concerning. Once circumstances permit, I will be seeking alternative healthcare provision as the current service is not meeting expectations.
