Phone booking options could be clearer

The in-person visit and subsequent pharmacy experience were handled well with a positive reception and prompt response. However, the telephone system presented some challenges when calling at 8:30am, as the automated message and available options were unclear, particularly regarding how to book appointments by phone. The reception team later clarified in person that the correct option is the first one when calling, which would have been helpful to know initially.
