Phone booking system failed when I needed it most

I had a very negative experience with this practice. I did not receive results back in a timely manner, and communication was poor throughout. The only way to make appointments was by telephone, as the online booking system was not available to me. The clinical staff came across as unwelcoming and appeared disinterested in my concerns. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and unsuitable for a healthcare setting. I would not recommend this practice. Additionally, when I required specialist referral and emergency services, the practice was unable to assist, and I had to arrange these myself.
