Phone booking system let me down badly

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited almost two weeks for an appointment, only to arrive at the practice and discover there was no record of my booking. I had arranged the appointment by telephone for a sensitive matter that is causing me considerable stress. The situation was particularly upsetting as I felt blamed for the error while standing in front of other patients, which added to my embarrassment and distress.
