Phone booking system needs improvement

I'm extremely frustrated with the difficulty in simply calling to book an appointment. The process feels patronising and is quite time-consuming. If you happen to miss a callback, you're forced to start from scratch. From a patient's perspective, this system simply isn't adequate. It's disappointing that this appears to be a widespread issue.
