Phone booking system needs serious improvement

The telephone booking service has been quite disappointing. When calling to arrange an appointment, I'm frequently told that nothing is currently available. I'm directed to ring at 8am to try booking, but even when I do this, I'm unable to secure an appointment. I've been attempting to book for nearly two months without success. The phone service experience has been very poor, and it seems the reception team could benefit from additional support or training.
