Phone lines constantly busy and receptionists lack patience

Several members of my family attend this practice, and I have concerns about the service provided. Firstly, it is difficult to reach the surgery by telephone. Secondly, obtaining an appointment can take considerable time, even when health matters are urgent. Thirdly, I have found interactions with reception staff to be unwelcoming, regardless of how politely one approaches them. The management also appears to lack the necessary interpersonal skills required for their role. I hope that when the practice relocates to its new facility, there will be improvements in staffing and training, which would make appointments more readily available and enhance the overall experience for patients and my family members.
