Phone lines constantly busy, slow e-consult responses

This practice has significant challenges that make it difficult to recommend. Several experienced clinicians have departed in recent years, which has affected the quality of care available. My interactions with some of the remaining staff have left me feeling unheard and unsupported. The appointment system is frustrating—telephone lines are consistently busy, making it nearly impossible to book a slot. Even when using the online consultation service, the response time stretches to one or two weeks before receiving a callback. These ongoing issues appear to be driving patients away, and I would consider looking elsewhere if circumstances permitted.
