Phone lines constantly engaged and no appointments available

Attempting to book an appointment by phone at this practice proves to be a frustrating experience. The reception lines appear to be consistently busy, and it would be beneficial if additional phone lines were available to improve patient access. After spending considerable time trying to get through, only to encounter continuous engaged tones, I eventually managed to connect with reception, only to learn that no appointments were available. In comparison, contacting NHS 111 proved to be a more straightforward process, with staff demonstrating greater courtesy and attentiveness throughout the interaction.
