Phone lines constantly engaged during emergencies

Imagine having to wake up very early on a morning when you're unwell to try to secure an urgent appointment, only to experience this difficulty repeatedly over several days with the phone line constantly busy. The practice has left me feeling quite frustrated, and I'm seriously considering looking for alternative healthcare elsewhere. I'm genuinely wondering whether feedback like this is being reviewed and acted upon. There are clear issues that need addressing, or the practice risks losing patients.
