Phone lines constantly unreachable and impossible to book

Spent 40 minutes in my car from 8am repeatedly attempting to reach the practice with no response. This was very frustrating. I have limited availability for appointments, with only one day off every six weeks, and finding an appointment slot proves extremely difficult. The service fell well short of expectations. Update, Made another attempt to contact the practice after waiting 10 minutes before the call disconnected. I then tried booking through the online system only to find that this option was currently unavailable and that calling was required instead. I am uncertain about the practice's current operational status. I underwent blood tests eight months ago and have received no communication regarding the results. I am planning to register with a different practice as soon as possible. The service experience has been deeply disappointing and difficult to access.
