Phone lines from hell

The clinic's phone lines are perpetually congested, which is absolutely infuriating. They consistently fail to answer calls, and the line is perpetually engaged. Even when attempting to schedule an appointment through online services, patient access absurdly claims I've exhausted my booking opportunities at my GP. How can this be? I seldom utilize GP services, yet I'm unable to book via phone due to their unresponsiveness, and patient access simultaneously prevents online booking. It's utterly incomprehensible how individuals are supposed to access essential healthcare services in this country. The entire system is a complete shambles.
