Phone lines impossible to get through on

I find it very frustrating to engage with this practice. Getting through by telephone is extremely difficult, and even when I manage to speak with someone, I'm unable to obtain what I'm requesting, such as a callback from a clinician. The appointment scheduling appears problematic as sessions consistently run late. I question whether this approach adequately serves patient requirements.
