Phone Lines Never Answered at This Practice

Truthfully, the physicians are excellent once you secure a consultation. However, the medical practice's quality of service has significantly deteriorated compared to its previous state! In the past, you'd need to repeatedly dial the surgery around 40 times right when they open just to schedule an appointment. Now, they don't even answer the phone at all. It's becoming absolutely absurd and falls far short of the standard of care patients should expect.
