Phone lines too slow for same-day appointments

The appointment booking system is frustrating. I was contacted by the practice to arrange a phone consultation but was unable to take the call at that time. When I called back the next morning at 08:55, there was a delay in being answered. By 09:03, I was informed that an appointment could not be made. This has left me concerned about my health and uncertain about what needs to be discussed. The service has declined significantly since the practice changed management, and I would rate my experience much lower than I would have previously.
