Phone Lines Tricky, But Staff Are Helpful

Reaching them via telephone is quite challenging, with calls frequently going unanswered. I'm aware they appear to be understaffed regularly, so I'm willing to be understanding about that. When physically present at the location, the staff—including receptionists and pharmacist—are extremely helpful and proactively work to resolve issues. Their digital platform for communicating with the practice and managing repeat prescriptions seems perpetually unavailable. Today, on August 12th 2025, the system is once again down. From my experience helping a friend, this appears to be a consistent problem.
