Phone medication reviews felt rushed and unhelpful

I recently had a medication review conducted over the phone. The consultation felt quite brief, with minimal discussion about my current prescriptions. While my first review appointment was more thorough and lasted around 10-15 minutes, this recent interaction seemed rushed and concluded very quickly. I felt there was limited opportunity to raise any concerns or ask questions about my medications. I would have appreciated more time and engagement during the process, as I feel I could receive more detailed pharmaceutical advice elsewhere.
