Phone queue callback option didn't work

Disappointing experience trying to book an appointment today. I called early in the morning and selected the option to receive a callback when a slot became available, but this didn't happen. When I called back a short time later, I was told no further appointments were available that day. I found the appointment booking process frustrating, particularly the strict time window for attending appointments once booked. I would suggest not relying on the callback option as it did not work as intended for me.
