Phone queue chaos made appointment impossible

Extremely difficult to secure an appointment, regardless of whether it's for a young person. Called at 8.04am and was queued as position 25, opted for a callback option, but after more than 2 hours passed without contact, I called back. At 10.48am I was positioned as number 3 and selected callback again, receiving a call within approximately 15 minutes, only to be advised to ring again at 8am the next morning. I pointed out that I had already attempted this approach earlier that day and had already used the callback service, but was informed that apparently some callbacks had not connected properly. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, and I was simply told to either try calling at 8am the following day or attend as a walk-in patient. The overall standard of service fell significantly short of expectations.
