Phone queue delays made appointment access difficult

I rang early in the morning and was among the first callers to get through. After waiting a short while, I was able to speak with someone who informed me that no appointments were available that day. I found this response frustrating. It would be beneficial if the practice considered the perspective of patients when managing appointment availability.

I am sorry, most days that doesn't happen I think and I am always very disappointed when it does. Please bear with us as I htink we are going ot be able to stop the problem of no appts being available at 8 am. In the meantime our duty doctor system has 60 phone call appts every weekday and we can book patients into same day slots form that service Nick Taylor
