Phone queue delays made appointment impossible

After informing the receptionist (once they eventually answered the phone) that my telephone appointment with the clinician would need the number to be displayed as my phone automatically diverts withheld numbers to voicemail, the number was withheld anyway and I missed the appointment. I contacted the practice to request a callback with the number not withheld but was informed nothing could be done about it. I had recently received a diagnosis and was hoping to use the appointment to get guidance and support, but felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I also mentioned I was running low on medication, which similarly did not seem to be addressed. I feel the reception team here are difficult to get through to and unhelpful when issues arise.
