Phone queue hung up after ten minutes waiting

I found the service to be disappointing. I submitted an e-consult but felt that a key part of my initial request was overlooked. When I followed up by phone the next day to check on progress, I was informed that a request would be sent to the clinical team that same day. I called again the following day for an update and experienced a lengthy wait on hold before the call was disconnected. Once I managed to reconnect, I was asked whether I had made the original request, and was told another request would be sent to the clinical team. I raised concerns about the phone difficulties, and while I was given an explanation about staffing levels, I felt this did not adequately account for the call being dropped after such a long wait time.
