Phone queue left me hanging for ages

I have been a patient at this surgery since its earlier years and I have noticed a significant decline in service standards. Today I spent over an hour on the phone attempting to obtain a prescription. Despite being first in the queue, I waited 25 minutes before the call was disconnected. The practice appears to require additional staffing resources to manage demand and improve service quality.
