Phone queue left me hanging without answer

Disappointing Disappointing Disappointing. I was early in the queue so expected to reach someone quickly. I waited...and waited...and waited...but nobody picked up. In the end I had to disconnect the call. I felt sorry for those calling after me... The practice would benefit from having additional staff members. In particular, more people are needed to handle telephone enquiries.
