Unable to secure an appointment through standard booking methods, with the only viable option being to participate in the early morning telephone queue system. The reception team demonstrate genuine friendliness and helpfulness, and there's sympathy for their position given that the current appointment system appears inadequate for demand. Even when expressing flexibility with timing, including willingness to wait several weeks or accept a telephone consultation, these alternatives were not made available. The sole pathway forward remains the early morning telephone lottery or no appointment at all.
