Phone queue made appointment impossible

The service here was disappointing. I felt the clinical staff were not thorough in their approach, as they seemed to rush through consultations and recommend medications without adequate discussion about whether they were necessary for my situation. The appointment system has also changed to a telephone-based arrangement, requiring me to call at a specific time on a particular day. Unfortunately, when I attempted to do this, I was unable to get through despite calling promptly and waiting for an extended period.
