Phone queue made getting help difficult

Called the practice and after some time managed to get through, only to be directed towards the online consultation system. After completing the online form, I was advised that an in-person appointment would be necessary. When I attempted to call back to arrange this, I was unable to reach anyone. It seems the reception team could benefit from reviewing their processes and approach to managing patient enquiries and determining the appropriate level of care needed.
