Phone queue staff wouldn't listen to concerns

I wish I could give a lower rating. The service was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The staff seemed uninterested in listening to concerns during phone consultations, appearing more focused on completing their tasks than genuinely engaging with patients. The overall experience felt disorganised and lacking in care. I felt that my wellbeing was not a priority.
