Phone queue system leaves patients hanging

The telephone appointment booking system in the mornings is extremely frustrating. I have called on multiple separate occasions and experienced lengthy waiting times in the queue. On several instances, when I have finally reached the front of the queue, the call has been disconnected. Upon calling back repeatedly, the same issue has occurred. This is very disappointing. The reception team would benefit from additional training or support to manage incoming calls more effectively and ensure patients are not disconnected after extended wait times.
