Phone queue system makes appointments impossible

One star is frankly too generous. When you call, you find yourself far back in a lengthy queue, and by the time you reach someone, appointments are unavailable, leaving you to submit a request through their online system instead. Everything that follows happens via text message, and if the practice decides a reply isn't warranted—even though you feel their response hasn't addressed your concern—you're unable to continue the conversation and must ring back to rejoin the queue. This experience has prompted a decision to register elsewhere.
