Phone queue system repeatedly disconnects callers

Not satisfied with this practice at all. Online consultation requests go unanswered (submitted 2 weeks prior), telephone calls result in lengthy waiting times in the queue, and calls are disconnected after 30 minutes on hold, requiring you to rejoin the queue from the beginning. The queue position system appears unreliable, with position numbers increasing rather than decreasing as you wait. Requesting a callback option appears ineffective. This is the poorest experience I have had with a GP practice, and I have significant concerns about prescription accuracy at this location. There have been instances where incorrect medication has been dispensed, including items with other patient details attached, necessitating return visits to rectify the errors.
