Phone queue wait was frustrating and unhelpful

I attempted to contact the clinic multiple times between 7:56 and 9:53 without success. When the line became available at 9:54, I was placed on hold for 23 minutes before speaking with someone who informed me there were no available appointments and instructed me to call back the following day. This has been a recurring pattern whenever I try to book an appointment—I am repeatedly told there are no spaces and asked to call again tomorrow, yet when I visit in person, the clinic appears to have few patients present. My son has been experiencing skin concerns since January, with new symptoms continuing to develop and spreading across his body. I believe a blood test may be necessary to determine the cause. The clinic has been unwilling to review images of the condition or discuss whether it might be contagious or pose other concerns. As a parent, I feel frustrated and unsupported by the lack of willingness to assist my child, particularly given the impact this is having on his confidence and school attendance. I am troubled by the apparent reluctance to help and struggle to understand the reasons behind this. I am a working member of the community who contributes through taxes like anyone else. I do not intend to accept this situation without further action. I also found the staff at the adjacent pharmacy to be unhelpful and unwelcoming. I would recommend considering alternative healthcare providers.
