Phone queues always busy, results delayed significantly

I am a patient at this medical centre and feel quite let down by the level of customer service provided. I have been waiting for my blood test results for over two weeks now. When I have attempted to contact the practice by phone on multiple occasions, the line has consistently been busy, and I have spent considerable time in the queue before being disconnected. I also visited the practice in person twice, but found the reception staff appeared to be occupied with conversations rather than attending to patient needs, with the phone line being marked as unavailable. While I understand the practice operates under pressure, the service I experienced did not reflect this level of busyness. Overall, I have found the customer service to be inadequate and am considering transferring to a different GP practice.
