Phone queues and website troubles frustrate patient

Contacting them via telephone is a nightmare - endless waiting times mean I always abandon my attempts. The staff themselves are blameless; they're consistently pleasant and helpful. Due to my full-time work commitments, getting through seems impossible, with wait times like being 15th in line. Their new online booking system demands intrusive personal medical details, which I find unacceptable. A patient's health information should remain confidential between themselves and their doctor. My frustration with this medical practice has reached a breaking point. They've eliminated on-site blood testing, forcing patients to undergo tests at the hospital - a location with challenging, costly parking. As a result, I've missed my last two blood test appointments. The entire situation is utterly absurd and inconvenient.
