Phone queues are frustratingly long here

I have been attending this surgery for the majority of my life, spanning several decades. Over time, I have observed what appears to be a disparity in the level of service provided, with those requiring prescription support seemingly receiving less priority than those able to pay for their medications. Accessing appointments has proven challenging, and the telephone waiting times are particularly frustrating. The reception staff do not appear to be fulfilling their intended role effectively. Should an urgent situation arise, I have concerns about the responsiveness of the practice. Additionally, undergoing tests at the surgery has been disappointing, as patients are not consistently informed of their results.
