Phone queues make appointments impossible to book

Poor experience overall. The reception team came across as unwelcoming. I have been a patient at this practice for a considerable time, and the quality of service appears to have declined with each visit. Access seems limited if you contact them after 8am. Additionally, the telephone lines are difficult to get through on, and by the time you do manage to connect, it may be too late for assistance. I recognise the challenges facing the NHS, but the level of empathy shown by reception staff fell short of expectations.
