Phone queues make appointments nearly impossible

It takes a considerable amount of time to get through on the phone. You need to book appointments well in advance or spend several hours waiting in the morning to be seen. Most of the reception staff come across as rather unfriendly, both when visiting in person and during phone calls, though there were exceptions. I waited weekly for several weeks to have my hearing concerns addressed, but the issue remains unresolved. Due to my frustration with the lack of progress, I have decided to register with a different practice.
