This practice has significantly declined from its previously strong reputation and is now poorly run. There are frequent errors in their service, phone lines are consistently difficult to reach with lengthy wait times, and accountability is lacking when issues occur. Complaints submitted to management have gone unaddressed for several months without response. The appointment triage system relies on a messaging platform that raises concerns about data privacy and how personal health information may be used by third parties. I have since moved to another provider where I am much more satisfied with the care and service received.
