Phone reception could be more welcoming

The reception team could benefit from improved customer service training, as I found the approach when calling to book an appointment this week to be unwelcoming, with the exception of one particularly helpful staff member. The overall tone during my interaction was not as pleasant as I would have hoped. The clinical staff also appeared somewhat disengaged during my visit. This practice was once a more welcoming place, but the experience has noticeably changed.
