One star is frankly insufficient to reflect my experience. The service is disorganised, unprofessional, and the practice would benefit from dedicated time to improve staff communication skills. I am deeply frustrated with how this surgery functions. There is a noticeable absence of attentiveness, understanding, and respectful treatment. When I contact the practice for medical support, I consistently encounter dismissiveness, apathy, or an unwillingness to provide meaningful assistance. It appears staff are not genuinely invested in helping patients – instead, they deflect responsibility or terminate conversations. This pattern is longstanding. Previous experiences involving similar levels of inattention resulted in a persistent health condition and I came dangerously close to a serious medical complication. That situation should have prompted meaningful change within the practice, yet the service remains unchanged. The team demonstrates insufficient regard for patient wellbeing. Patients are made to feel like burdens rather than individuals requiring care and support. The lack of genuine concern and responsiveness is truly disheartening. Overall, this practice has been detrimental rather than beneficial to my health, and I cannot recommend it to anyone who takes their wellbeing seriously.
