Phone system broken and receptionists unhelpful

I have been attempting to contact this GP practice for an extended period, making numerous calls without success as the number appears to be unresponsive. Throughout my experience with various practices, I have found this one to be particularly challenging. The telephone system is problematic and requires improvement, and my interactions with reception staff have been disappointing, as they have come across as dismissive and unhelpful. I have also had concerns about my experiences with some of the clinical staff at the practice. I have been seeking alternative care options, though I have encountered difficulties locating nearby practices that cover my area. Overall, I feel this practice falls short of the standards I would expect from a healthcare provider, and I am frustrated with the service received.
