Phone system drove me crazy

The medical staff are typically excellent, but their telephone infrastructure is utterly dysfunctional. I've spent three consecutive days attempting to secure a phone consultation, only to encounter constant busy signals, dropped calls, or total disconnections. Apparently, accessibility is limited to afternoon hours, and by then their triage list is already shuttered. It's baffling why they can't modernize their communication system to implement a proper queuing mechanism, sparing patients from squandering endless hours just trying to schedule a basic appointment.
