Phone system keeps cutting calls off mid-queue

The telephone system is extremely frustrating. Although it indicates availability from 8am, calls made at 10am are answered with a message about an "intelligent call system" before being disconnected, either immediately or after waiting approximately 45 minutes to reach the front of the queue. Additionally, the online consultation service is currently showing as unavailable until the following day, which is disappointing. When contact is eventually established with the clinical team and support staff, they are excellent and helpful, but unfortunately these successful interactions seem to be becoming increasingly uncommon.
