Extremely frustrating experience with this medical practice. Their phone communication is abysmal, and they even disconnected my call. I'm forced to give a one-star rating just to submit this review, as the rating system requires it. Their customer service has deteriorated significantly, and it's clear they have no concern for patient satisfaction.
