Polite reception couldn't fix the underlying problem

I attended with my young child for dental treatment, and while the staff were courteous, this was the extent of the positive aspects. During the appointment, the dental professional filled cavities using only filling material without anesthesia and indicated that if we had a regular dentist, they should address the tooth urgently, as this facility handles emergency cases only. Following this treatment, my child experienced facial pain, fever, and swelling. Because the cavity was sealed, no other dental providers would treat the tooth while it remained painful. My child woke repeatedly throughout the night in discomfort, which significantly disrupted our sleep. A second course of antibiotics was prescribed as the tooth could not be treated while painful. The past two weeks have been very difficult. I plan to return to have the filling removed to allow drainage and relieve the pressure.
