Poor and Inaccessible Services

Phoned up today (11th September), I spent 20 minutes waiting on the phone where I was supposedly at "Position 1" the whole time just trying to make an appointment. When I was finally connected, the receptionist said the soonest they can give me an appointment is the 29th almost 3 weeks later. Next step is to raise a complaint to the Care Quality Commission to update their rating because their services seem to be intentionally designed to be inaccessible. Then people wonder why so many people turn to the emergency services for help with what could be trivial concerns. Extremely disappointed.
