Poor communication left me waiting weeks for medication

This medical practice has experienced a significant decline in quality. The communication standards are extremely poor, with patients left uninformed about their care. Following routine tests, there have been difficulties in processing medication requests appropriately. I have been waiting an extended period for my prescription without resolution, which is frustrating. The online repeat prescription system has not improved matters, as I submitted a request through this method and remain waiting without receiving my medication. The overall service has deteriorated considerably, and I am considering changing to a different practice.
