Poor health service

This has been ongoing, trying to get an appointment on the evergreen app, you get triaged and when they call you between 1-5 working days, you don't answer you get chucked off the triage list and have to re submit. I always missed there calls as I am working, I am not allowed my phone when I am working and work unsociable hours. So I hardly get a time to speak to the GP. I don't get my medication on time, they never send it to the pharmacy, I have gone days without medication because I needed a medication review, but oh no I hve to be triaged and I can't get an appointment because they call whenever, without prior notice. When I get an appointment, the GP calls and asks me what is it regarding, so they have no idea who or why they are conducting an phone appointment. Until I mention, you left a message for my results, then all I get is, let's do another blood test and that is it. There is no care, no support and the drs are not interested at all about your health, it is not a safe place to be if you need an appointment and juat keep waiting for a disorganised triage list!
