Poor phone manner and unhelpful response

This practice fell short of expectations regarding phone interactions and empathy. When I called, the manner was unhelpful and I was informed of a specific date that didn't work for our circumstances. We were told we didn't meet the criteria for walk-in appointments, which was frustrating. As a result, our family has decided to seek care elsewhere.
